Terms of use
Before launch
The Go isn’t live yet, and features may change before launch. Terms, including any minimum term and how to cancel, will be confirmed in writing before you sign up TBC.
14-day free trial
Pulse and Pro start with a 14-day free trial in The Go app. No card is needed to start. To keep going after day 14, you add a card and your plan starts then. If you don’t add a card, the trial simply ends and you’re never charged. Some features that cost us to run, such as your own business number and the setup call, switch on once you add a card. One trial per business. Elite starts with a paid Scope instead. Full trial terms, including how to cancel and what happens to your data, are to be written and checked TBC.
Prices and payment
Prices are in AUD excluding GST and may change before launch. Billing is monthly by default, with 6-monthly (10% off) and annual (2 months free) options. Billing dates, refund terms for prepaid plans and how the Scope credit works are to be written TBC.
What we collect
See the privacy draft.
Connections and approvals
You approve each connected tool on its own sign-in page and can disconnect anytime. The Go acts only after you approve it. Responsibilities for messages sent on your behalf are to be written TBC.
AI provider and insight
The Go uses an AI provider to draft messages and answers TBC. Numbers and forecasts are business insight, not financial or tax advice.
Spam Act and STOP opt-out
How messages to your customers meet the Spam Act 2003, including opt-out by replying STOP, is to be written TBC.
Examples, sources and trademarks
Business insight, not financial or tax advice. Examples on this site use made-up names and amounts. They aren’t real results or a guide to what you’ll get.
Statistics on the builders and trades page: GoCardless Pursuing Payments via IT Brief Australia (2026); AMP Bank GO survey (2026); OpenAI-commissioned research via Dynamic Business (2026).
Connecting to Xero at scale needs Xero’s app certification, which The Go will complete before a wide release.
Xero, ServiceM8, Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Google Drive, hipages, Airtasker and ServiceSeeking are trademarks of their respective owners. The Go isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by them.
This site is a prototype. Forms and sign-in are previews, and nothing is sent.
