How do I get started?

Get The Go app and start your 14 days free, no card needed. Connect your tools in a few taps and your first Pulse lands at the time you pick. Like it? Add your card to keep going and we set up the rest with you. Want it built around your business? Book a Scope or apply for Elite.

Is there a setup fee or a Scope?

No setup fee. Setup is included on Pulse and Pro, and Pro starts with a free setup call. The Scope (A$499 + GST, credited back if you join) is optional, and it’s how Elite starts.

Do I need to download an app?

No app store needed. The Go starts as a web app: tap the link we text you, add it to your home screen and it works like any app. It’s where your Pulse lands and where you talk, type, send photos and approve. iPhone and Android apps are coming soon. We set it up with you, and there’s nothing to learn. Your customers don’t need anything: reminders and replies reach them by text or email.

Will it send anything without asking me?

Only what you’ve approved. Reminders and nudges wait for your go, with a preview every time. Tap GO and it goes. The missed-call text only uses words you’ve approved upfront.

Do you need my passwords?

Never. You approve each connection on the tool’s own sign-in page, and you can disconnect anytime.

What does it work with?
